How the ritual works
Prepare
Wash hands. Remove product from wrapping. Do not remove foil band. Lie or sit comfortably.
Insert
Insert gently no more than 5cm into the vagina. Do not insert further.
Remove
Leave for 30 seconds then remove. Product can be used 2–3 times per week, when necessary.
Rinse
Gently remove the wand, rinse under low pressure cold water. Place in mesh bag provided to store.
